Accessible Seating and Wheelchair Policy
We offer seating accommodations to patrons who use wheelchairs or have other accessibility needs, such as an aisle need or limited stairs. Patrons who use a wheelchair can transfer to a theatre seat, or may remain in their chair and request for a seat to be removed.
Please email [email protected] to reserve an accessible seat, and please let us know if you will need the seat removed.
Relaxed Performance - Sunday May 21st
Relaxed Performances are fully inclusive, sensory friendly shows that provide accommodations (reduced strobe lighting, lowered volume for sound effects, etc.) for people who benefit from a more relaxed theatre-going environment. During a Relaxed Performance, all patrons are invited to be their fullest selves, without apology. The show will still have all the impact of any other performance, but the environment will be more radically welcoming for patrons with sensitivities. Offering Relaxed Performances is an important part of PAC's commitment to creating accessible theatre!
COVID Policy - mask required performances will be Thursday May 11th and Thursday May 18th.
Until further notice, we will offer a mix of mask-optional and mask-required performances.

Audience members who wish to continue wearing masks are always welcome to do so.
We will be following CDC guidelines - in the event of there being a higher risk, in accordance with the Audience COVID-19 Policy for Philadelphia Regional Theatres, our policy will change to masking for all shows.
If the risk gets higher, in addition to masking, patrons will be required to show an ID and proof of vaccination in one of the following accepted forms: physical card, photocopy, electronic copy, or photo on a mobile device.
